This Privacy Policy applies only to information that you provide to us through the Application or Site and does not apply to the data Tact.ai collects and/or processes on behalf of its customers.

What Does Tact.ai Do?
Tact.ai is a platform as a service business that uses artificial intelligence to provide a conversation sales platform and support, headquartered in the state of California, United States. What Personal Information Does Tact.ai Collect and Use and Why?
Our primary goals in collecting Personal Information are to provide and improve our Application, Site, services, features and content, to administer your use of the Application and Site (together, the "Service"), to provide support, and to enable users to enjoy and easily navigate the Application and Site.
Information you provide voluntarily
When you register with us through the Service or when you choose to link your Account to an account you maintain with a third party (“Third Party Account”), we will ask you for Personal Information. This refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (i.e. you or a third party) ("Personal Information"). Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, an individual's name, phone number, email address and home and business postal addresses. For example:
- We collect your name and email address in connection with registration to use the Service.
- If you choose to link your Account with any Third Party Accounts, we may collect Personal Information from the user content contained in such Third Party Accounts.
- If you opt in to import your mobile device address book via the Service, we may collect Personal Information from the user content contained in that address book.
- We may also collect Personal Information where you subscribe to marketing communications from us, or submit enquiries to us.
Where we use your Personal Information to contact you with Tact.ai newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you, we will only do so if you have asked to receive them (“opted-in”), and we provide you the controls to change the frequency or types of communications you receive. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such communications from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications or contact us via email at support@tact.ai (See "Changing or Deleting Information," below.) or by contacting us using the contact details provided under the "Questions or comments" heading below.
The Personal Information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your Personal Information.
Information we collect automatically
When you visit our Website or Application, we may collect certain information automatically from your device. In some countries, including countries in the European Economic Area, this information may be considered Personal Information under applicable data protection laws.
Specifically, the information we collect automatically may include information like your IP address, browser type, zip code , geolocation information, individual preferences and other technical information. We may also collect information about how your device has interacted with our Website or Application, including the pages accessed and links clicked.

Sharing Your Personal Information
We do not sell or rent your Personal Information to third parties for marketing purposes unless you have granted us permission to do so. We may disclose your Personal Information to the following categories of recipients:
- within Tact.ai and its affiliated companies and with third party service providers for purposes of data processing or storage; with business partners, service vendors, authorized third-party agents or contractors in order to provide a requested product or transaction, including processing orders, processing credit card transactions, hosting websites, hosting event and seminar registration and providing customer support.
- with any competent law enforcement body, regulatory, government agency, court or other third party where we believe disclosure is necessary (i) as a matter of applicable law or regulation, (ii) to exercise, establish or defend our legal rights, or (iii) to protect your vital interests or those of any other person;
- to an actual or potential buyer (and its agents and advisers) in connection with any actual or proposed purchase, merger or acquisition of any part of our business, provided that we inform the buyer it must use your personal information only for the purposes disclosed in this Privacy Policy;
- to any other person with your consent to the disclosure.
Where we share information with third parties, we only provide these third parties with the minimum amount of Personal Information necessary to complete/utilize the requested product or transaction; the third parties are not permitted to use your Personal Information except for limited purpose of completing/providing the requested product or transaction; and we take appropriate steps to ensure they comply with applicable data protection laws.
We will ask for your consent before we use or share your information for any purpose other than the reason you provided it or as otherwise provided by this policy.
Linked Websites and Third-Party Services
While using the Site or Application, you may be directed to content or functionality that is hosted by a third-party supplier. When information is collected on behalf of Tact.ai exclusively, this Privacy Policy will be referenced and will govern how your information is used.
For other, non-Tact.ai sites or services, the site/service owner’s privacy policy will be referenced, and you should review that supplier’s privacy and security policies prior to use.
Our Services may provide links to other third-party websites and services which are outside our control and not covered by this policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies posted on these (and all) sites you visit or services you use.
Legal Basis for Processing Personal Information (EEA visitors only)
If you are a visitor from the European Economic Area, our legal basis for collecting and using the Personal Information described above will depend on the Personal Information concerned and the specific context in which we collect it.
However, we will normally collect Personal Information from you only (i) where we need the Personal Information to perform a contract with you, (ii) where the processing is in our legitimate interests and not overridden by your rights, or (iii) where we have your consent to do so.
